Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare shift schedules and record standby hours for teams; * Request materials and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used by teams; * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct to be adopted in daily activities; * Monitor service orders (SOs) executed by teams to ensure high-quality standards; * Support operational teams in resolving problems or more complex situations, aiming to meet identified needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other required inspections, applying technical knowledge; * Manage operational performance indicators; * Enter operational data into the system; * Handle initial interactions with the regulatory agency; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferred: Technical education in Construction, Sanitation, Maintenance, or related fields; or undergraduate degree in Administration, Sanitation, or related areas. * Driver's license category B.
