Job Mission Perform pre\-loading and loading activities for flexible pipes and issue process reports for customer delivery. Job Description * Perform inspections of flexible pipes according to the activity schedule, analyze potential anomalies, and issue inspection and non-conformance reports (where applicable); * Identify accessories installed at the ends of flexible pipes and issue reports for delivery to the planning department; * Conduct pre\-loading verification based on documentation issued by the planning department, comparing physical items with documents regarding line polarity and accessories installed at the ends; * Perform manual, electric, or electro\-hydraulic cutting of flexible pipes and issue reports for subsequent delivery to the planning department; * Request equipment: Jumbo maneuvers for coil positioning, forklifts, and cranes to support all activities involving flexible pipe ends; * Prepare flexible pipe ends to enable vessel loading and request equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) as needed; * Load flexible pipes onto vessels according to documentation issued by the planning department and issue reports related to the activity; * Perform messenger cable deployment and retrieval using an electric winch; * Perform cleaning activities for flexible pipes involving crane, forklift, hoist, and water circulation pump operations, and issue reports and certificates for customer delivery; * Conduct hydrostatic testing on flexible pipes using high-pressure pumps, monitor pressure and temperature, record them in reports, and subsequently issue activity certificates for customer delivery; * Assemble temporary connectors for cleaning and hydrostatic testing, involving welding, oxy\-cutting, manual/electric tools, and preparation and injection of Araldite; * Crimp hydraulic terminals onto high-pressure hoses (depressurized), involving hydraulic press operations, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments; You match this role if you have: Completed Technical Education in: Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or Electrotechnology. Valid CFT certification. Desirable experience in operational areas, cargo handling, and pressurized systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad usage.
