This professional will be responsible for developing **APIs, integrations, and data pipelines**, ensuring efficient communication among **WMS, TMS, ERP, B2B platforms, and other operational systems**. The goal of this position is to ensure **data quality, reliability, and performance**, enabling operational and strategic teams to make decisions based on consistent information. If you enjoy working with **data, integrations, and scalable solutions**, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** **Back-End Development** * Develop and maintain **APIs, services, and back-end routines** for logistics data collection and delivery * Ensure **performance, security, and scalability** of developed solutions **Systems Integration** * Integrate systems such as **WMS, TMS, ERP, B2B platforms, and operational systems** * Monitor integrations and resolve **failures or inconsistencies in integration processes** **Data Engineering** * Build **data pipelines for BI and the Logistics Control Tower** * Perform **data cleansing, normalization, and validation** from multiple sources * Support **data modeling for Data Warehouse and Data Lake** **Indicators and Operational Intelligence** * Develop operational and strategic indicators such as: * SLA * Lead time * OTIF * Productivity * Service level * Inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation metrics **Collaboration with Business Areas** * Collaborate with **operations, BI, data, and business teams** * Translate operational needs into **efficient technical solutions** **Governance and Documentation** * Document **integrations, processes, and business rules** * Support **root cause analysis for incidents or data inconsistencies** **Requirements** **Education** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: * Information Systems * Computer Science * Computer Engineering * Systems Analysis and Development * Or related fields **Experience** Experience in: * **Back-end development** * Designing and integrating **REST/JSON APIs** * **Relational and/or NoSQL databases** (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) * **Advanced SQL** * **ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines** * Integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik) Experience with logistics systems is considered a plus: * **WMS** * **ERP** * **TMS** * **B2B/EDI integrations** Desirable experience with: * Messaging and queuing systems (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS**) * Cloud platforms (**AWS, Azure, or GCP**) * Code versioning (**Git**) **Desired Knowledge** * Experience with **Logistics Control Tower** * **Event-driven architecture** * **Microservices-based architecture** * Environments handling **high-volume data** * Knowledge of **logistics and operational KPIs** * Monitoring and observability (**logs, metrics, alerts**) * Concepts of **Data Governance and data quality** **Behavioral Profile** We seek a professional with: ✔ Analytical thinking and data orientation ✔ Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions ✔ Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams ✔ Organization and attention to detail ✔ Proactivity and ownership mindset ✔ Ability to work in dynamic and critical environments
