Works directly in supporting metrology laboratory routines, contributing to the quality and traceability of measurements. **Education:** * Completed high school; * Currently enrolled in the final semester or graduated from one of the following programs: Electrical Engineering Technology, Metrology, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, or a related field. **Experience:** No prior formal experience in this role is required. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of metrology; * Basic knowledge of measurement instruments (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, thermometer, etc.); * Ability to read and interpret units of measurement and tolerances; * Data recording in spreadsheets or systems (basic Excel); * Basic understanding of instrument organization and control. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Teamwork; * Commitment to quality and deadlines.
