If this resonates with you, **\#VemProReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day Here:** Conduct negotiation activities via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp; Check case progress on internal/external systems to support legal analysis and optimize negotiation strategies. Maintain strong relationships with our internal clients (Managers / Clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Embody the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** Experience in collections, specifically with litigated debt collection; Residence in Ribeirão Preto and surrounding areas; Legal knowledge (a plus); **Additional Information** Residence in cities near the office.
