This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Rua MarginalDistrito Empresarial DCarlos \| Formiga MG \- 35577520 **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institutional educational pillars related to the instructor’s specialty, and mediates students’ learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience.
