Description

A multinational infrastructure and highway concession company is seeking a **Toll Collection Operator \- ATA Operator.** The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded, to monitor and audit toll plaza collection transactions. The professional will be responsible for analyzing inconsistencies, correcting transactions, handling rejections of automatic payments (tags), and supporting toll plaza operations—ensuring accurate revenue reporting and process compliance. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and correct transactions with discrepancies. * Handle rejections from automatic payment providers. * Respond to customer disputes and requests. * Support toll plaza teams in reducing errors. * Conduct remote and on-site audits. * Monitor systems and open support tickets for resolution. * Assist with cash closing and toll revenue reconciliation. * Prepare operational reports and records.
