




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to prepare food, organize and clean the kitchen, ensuring product quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Kitchen Experience (Mandatory) 2. Ensure safety and hygiene in the workplace \#AssaíAtacadista * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning as requested, and storing; * Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Handle loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during tasks; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Sort food items according to the daily menu, checking appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut food items as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria.
