Job Summary: The professional will perform road infrastructure maintenance tasks, including pruning, cleaning, traffic signaling, and asphalt surface finishing, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance work on road infrastructure 2. Responsibilities including pruning, cleaning, and traffic signaling 3. Participation in asphalt surface finishing and internal meetings Receive instructions and work orders from superiors, and execute or delegate them to subordinates when applicable; Prune trees and shrubs to clear the path for equipment used in asphalt application and compaction; Clean the road surface prior to asphalt application using manual tools; Act as a traffic controller where road closure and "STOP AND PROCEED" devices are required; Assist in placing temporary traffic signage necessary for asphalt application works; Assist in the finishing process of asphalt application works (Hot Mix Asphalt - HMA), using manual tools; Participate in internal meetings; Comply with technical standards related to quality, occupational safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection. Willingness to travel when required. Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) **Salary: BRL 1,691.80 per month, plus 40% hazard pay based on the current minimum wage.
