Here, every click, access, and solution counts toward delivering the best possible experience for our teams and customers. **✅ Prerequisites** * **Completed bachelor's degree** in related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar). * **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in technical support. * Intermediate knowledge of **Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)**. * Good teaching skills, ability for **clear communication**, and willingness to teach. **️ Main Responsibilities** * Provide **technical support for hardware and software**, both remotely and in person. * Assist with **infrastructure** (networks, cabling, backup, and facility controls). * Handle service requests and incidents by **investigating causes and proposing solutions**. * Monitor performance of platforms and systems (WeON, Movidesk, among others). * Create operational access accounts, configure extensions, and assist the team in managing tools. * Perform **software, antivirus, and license updates**, ensuring information security. * Support **home office users**, guiding them on the use of company platforms. * Work with organization, care, and focus on delivering an impeccable experience for all users. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * From 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Salary and Benefits** **Salary BRL 3,038.80** Meal allowance or food voucher so you can order lunch or go grocery shopping.
