




Description: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in Technical Support (Level 2\) and systems administration. * Solid experience managing users, groups, GPOs, and DNS in AD environments. * Server Operating Systems: Experience with basic/intermediate administration of Windows Server (roles and features) and/or Linux (basic commands, service management). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts, VLANs, VPN, and network topologies. Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Experience with backup and recovery tools and procedures (disaster recovery). * Behavioral Skills: Proactivity, sense of responsibility and urgency (SLA), good communication, and ability to work independently and in teams. DIFFERENTIALS:* Knowledge of cloud computing solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). * ITIL Foundation, MCSA, CCNA, or similar certifications. * Experience with task automation via scripting (PowerShell, Bash). * Familiarity with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG). * Knowledge of information security (corporate antivirus, firewall management). * Register, classify, prioritize, and resolve user incidents and requests (Level 2\). * Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on endpoints (desktops, laptops), peripherals, and productivity software. * Work in POS environments and payment service machines. * System and Service Administration. * Manage user accounts, groups, and security policies in Active Directory (AD) or equivalent environment (e.g., Azure AD, Google Workspace). * Maintain and administer email and collaboration services (e.g., Microsoft 365/Exchange Online). * Monitor performance and health of servers (Windows Server/Linux) and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper\-V). * Provide support for network connectivity, including basic configuration of routers, switches, and access points. * Assist in security management (antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs). * Create and maintain technical documentation for environments (topologies, operational procedures, runbooks). * Manage software and hardware asset inventory. 2510180202231816943
