We strive to provide the best work environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and committed to being part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment & Selection (R\&S): Job posting, resume screening, scheduling and follow-up of interviews. * Training & Development (T\&D): Support in organizing training sessions and onboarding of new employees. * Personnel Department (DP): Assistance in timekeeping control, benefits administration, and documentation for hiring/termination. * Internal Marketing: Support for internal initiatives and team communications. * Document Management: File organization and updating of internal systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Students currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive, organized profile with ability to handle confidential information. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive internship allowance. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Learning pathway covering all HR functions.
