Supporting the external sales team and maintaining the sales pipeline The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging leads within the negotiation pipeline, scheduling qualified visits via multichannel (phone, e\-mail, chat, WhatsApp, etc.), and providing service to customers and potential customers (Active and Inbound). **Main Responsibilities:** Proactively (outbound) and reactively (inbound) prospect customers via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp. Analyze lead profiles and purchase intent. Maintain the customer portfolio. Complete spreadsheets and registrations. Analyze registration information and documents. Support the external sales team. Keep the sales pipeline updated.
