




Job Summary: The SDR will be responsible for lead prospecting, qualification, and engagement; scheduling qualified visits; and supporting both existing and potential customers. Support for the external sales team and maintenance of the sales pipeline The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging leads within the negotiation pipeline, scheduling qualified visits via multiple channels (phone, e\-mail, chat, WhatsApp, etc.), and providing support to existing and potential customers (proactive and reactive). **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct active (outbound) and reactive (inbound) prospecting of customers via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp. Analyze lead profiles and purchase intent. Maintain the customer portfolio. Complete spreadsheets and registrations. Analyze registration information and documents. Support the external sales team. Keep the sales pipeline updated.
