This professional performs essential functions to ensure traffic flow efficiency, accurate tariff recording, and compliance with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Provide user assistance, advising on toll amounts and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring correct transaction recording; * Monitor vehicle flow, maintaining smooth traffic at toll booths; * Handle cash exchanges and manage funds accurately, ensuring collection precision; * Maintain booth and service area organization, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant matters when necessary; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Know and comply with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management system policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions applicable to their role, as defined by the company or current legislation; * Comply with toll plaza operational safety regulations; * Record and report any incidents or irregularities in vehicle flow or toll collection operations; * Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation, verifying and recording collected amounts; * Serve customers and drivers courteously and respectfully to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Desirable knowledge or experience in collection procedures and cash handling operations, as well as proficiency in basic arithmetic and cash handling. **Additional Information** On-site work at highway plazas; Work schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern region of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** MS Eastern Concessionaires S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** BR 262 MG S.A. Concessionaire is responsible for the BR\-262 concession, covering the stretch from km 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
