Monitoring and handling of vehicles under maintenance 2. Management of traffic violations and release of reserve vehicles 3. Contact with customers, drivers, and internal departments Monitoring and handling of all vehicles under maintenance; the role includes managing a customer portfolio. Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documents from drivers involved in accidents or traffic incidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling client requests. Receiving lease measurements and additional charges for analysis and forwarding to clients. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance.
