Be part of a team that values people and results We are seeking a professional to join the People \& Management team, supporting the development of our employees through training programs, engagement activities, and Carajás culture strengthening initiatives. If you enjoy working with people, learning, and driving business results, this role is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify knowledge and skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis; * Support the development of in-person and online training programs using active learning methodologies; * Execute training logistics, ensuring quality, organization, and engagement; * Monitor training effectiveness indicators and outcomes; * Update and maintain training management systems (LMS), participation records, and evaluations; * Support culture, engagement, and continuous improvement projects; * Participate in events, courses, and workshops for technical updating. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; * Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems); * Experience in designing and implementing training evaluations; * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar); * Knowledge of labor legislation. ### **What We Offer** * Collaborative and growing work environment * Opportunities for learning and development * Market-competitive benefits * Opportunity to join a company that values people and results Join us and become part of a team that believes in the power of human development to transform businesses.
