Contribution to operational automation ### **Job Title** Senior Tests Analyst ### **Job Description** We are looking for a **Mid-level Test Analyst** to support the maintenance and evolution of our **test environments**. You will directly support the **QA team**, playing a strategic role in ensuring that environments remain stable, available, and fully observable for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. We seek a professional with a proactive attitude, clear communication skills, and a strong focus on continuous monitoring and the ability to anticipate issues through metrics and technical analysis. **Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain Linux servers in test environments. * Ensure stability and availability for the QA team. * Proactively monitor infrastructure and application resources, proposing optimizations for improved resource utilization. * Implement and adjust metrics, dashboards, and alerts. * Apply **observability** practices to anticipate failures. * Administer and troubleshoot Apache and Tomcat. * Support CI/CD pipelines oriented toward test environments. * Rapidly analyze and resolve incidents. * Adjust environments according to QA and architect requirements. * Contribute to operational automation. **Requirements** **Infrastructure** * Solid experience with **Linux (administration and troubleshooting)**. * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, basic firewall). * Experience with **Apache and Tomcat (installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting)**. * Experience configuring reverse proxies and load balancing. * Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, status codes, and troubleshooting service and module integrations. * Experience collecting and analyzing **JMX metrics for Java application monitoring (threads, heap, GC, connection pools, etc.) and analyzing Java application logs**. * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes (containers, deployment, troubleshooting, and runtime behavior analysis)**. * Desired experience with virtualization, especially **VMware**. * Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain infrastructure and application technical issues in an accessible way to the QA team. **Database** * Experience with **Oracle Database**. * Understanding of JDBC pool + Oracle. * Ability to execute queries, validate connectivity, and analyze logs. * Basic troubleshooting and performance analysis skills. **DevOps & Observability** * Experience with Git. * Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar). * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana or similar). * Practical knowledge of **observability (metrics, centralized logs, dashboards, and actionable alerts)**. * Familiarity with automation (Shell Script, Ansible or similar). **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when working together rather than separately.
