The SGI Analyst will work autonomously to support and advance the SGI, leading audit routines, document control, and continuous improvement programs—with emphasis on the 5S program—ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do** * Conduct and support internal audits of the SGI and the 5S Program based on the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards * Manage SGI document control (procedures, work instructions, records, and version control) * Collect, analyze, and consolidate SGI performance indicators * Lead follow\-ups of action plans with involved departments, monitoring deadlines and results * Map and update process flows and operational controls * Actively contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SGI, quality, environment, or occupational health and safety * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards * Practical experience in internal audits, preferably as an internal auditor * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools: PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Tools * Intermediate/advanced Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Intermediate English **Preferred Qualifications** * ISO Internal Auditor Certification * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt * Experience in nonconformance analysis and performance reporting **Valued Behavioral Competencies** Critical thinking, proactivity, adaptability, clear communication, and teamwork. **Additional Information** **Here You Will Find:** Life insurance; Pharmacy/convenience card; Meal allowance/attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus); Education assistance.
