ArcelorMittal Tuper is committed to building a collaborative environment grounded in **respect, ethics, and transparency.** Our core purpose is to inspire people to create surprising solutions. **Join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect/evaluate materials and services supplied by third parties or intercompany entities according to current specifications, authorize release to manufacturing, and issue records and reports of performed activities containing traceability information for products and supporting subsequent analyses. * Conduct destructive and non-destructive tests and various inspections on products to characterize them, assess their compliance with applicable specifications, and release them for proper disposition, issuing records and reports of performed activities containing traceability information for products and supporting subsequent analyses. * Segregate materials and products whenever non-conformance is suspected or confirmed, request their blocking, monitor rework (if applicable), and oversee subsequent release. * Support the factory in cases of non-conformance or uncertainty regarding product or process conformity. * Participate in non-conformance resolution to prevent recurrence of harmful situations. * Suggest improvements related to product and process quality. * Verify calibration status and operational condition of measurement instruments and testing equipment, ensuring full functionality for operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Free transportation allowance. * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). * Unimed health plan for employees and dependents. * Dental plan for employees and dependents. * On-site cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Maternity gift basket. * Wedding gift. * Recreational association. * Career development path.
