




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with butcher department activities, including cutting, sorting, and packaging meats, as well as customer service and sales, all while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; also store trimmings, fat, and tallow in the designated collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Support efficient customer service by continuously replenishing display counters and ensuring correct pricing, in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and properly handling and storing meat; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining a clean and fully operational work environment in compliance with hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily; remove damaged, expired, or unmarked products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Presidente Getúlio, SC. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
