With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout and serving customers, following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals; closing the register; and submitting the daily financial report at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout by adhering to protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning/weighing products; consulting the product code table; checking product labels, scale weight, and system correspondence; collecting payments; verifying prior authorization for checks and making appropriate notations on the back; and authenticating cash payments; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby preventing excessive exposure of cash and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and notifying the supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce losses at the checkout area through preventive measures, such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, promptly returning perishables, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition, and request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with home delivery order preparation when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Presidente Getúlio \-SC **Working Hours:** 12:00 \- 20:20 **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
