Close proximity to leadership and employees **Position:** HR Analyst **Location:** Otacílio Costa – SC **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site About the Opportunity We seek a Generalist HR Analyst to work at a solid and well-structured company, supporting HR and Personnel Department routines. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and employees, ensuring excellence in internal processes, operational support, and strengthening people management initiatives. ️ Key Responsibilities Conduct recruitment and selection processes; Lead onboarding of new employees; Handle employee admissions, document control, and internal system registrations; Manage electronic time tracking, hour banks, and biometric registration; Administer benefits, vacations, and terminations; Monitor probationary contracts and provide feedback to leadership; Conduct exit interviews and track HR metrics; Support internal endomarketing initiatives and events; Collaborate with SESMT and support CIPA-related requirements; Oversee periodic medical examinations and mandatory documentation; Monitor apprenticeship and PCD quotas in accordance with current legislation. ✅ Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department; Knowledge of labor routines and admission processes; Experience with HR management systems; Intermediate Office suite proficiency.
