SHIPPING ASSISTANT/DELIVERY DRIVER

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team, responsible for receiving, storing, picking, loading, and delivering goods. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in shipping and logistics. 2. Support for collaborative logistics and internal/external customer service. 3. Delivery execution and administrative support at the Distribution Center. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect materials delivered by suppliers, verifying invoices against purchase orders and checking quantities, expiration dates, and product quality. * Store incoming supplier products following Kanban rules. * Perform expiration date verification and control for products. * Organize physical inventory, checking packaging conditions, expiration dates, and shelf/aisle allocation according to defined addressing. * Print orders from the system for picking. * Pick, verify, and dispatch goods according to requests, delivery routes, and priorities. * Load goods onto delivery vehicles according to the defined delivery route. * Manage returned goods, directing them as instructed by the department. * Support collaborative logistics by completing protocols and product identification labels. * Deliver materials to units using company vehicles, collecting signatures on delivery protocols. * Provide internal and external customer service, supplying requested information. * Support CD administrative activities, including forwarding invoices to Finance, archiving invoices, scanning outbound invoices, among others. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in Shipping and Logistics * Driver's License Category B **Benefits:** * Meal allowance per workday via flexible card (possibility to adjust credit between meal and food benefits); * Transportation allowance, with a 6% deduction as per CLT regulations; * Partnership with Gympass, offering access to a network of affiliated gyms; * Sou Angelus Plan, providing special discounts at group companies (e.g., medical and dental care at Cliniprev) and one free monthly teleconsultation with a general practitioner; * Angeplus Program, offering benefits in medical clinics, entertainment, restaurants, health, and sports; * Pharmacy discounts. * "Refer a Friend" Program, offering bonuses for successful referrals of new employees; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\.
