Job Summary: Conduct door-to-door external sales and sales at retail locations, delivering personalized service and identifying customer needs to propose solutions for healthcare plans. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct external sales and deliver personalized customer service. 2. Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. 3. Participate in promotional events to publicize plans. Your Responsibilities: * Conduct external sales, including door-to-door visits and service at sales points. * Deliver empathetic, personalized service, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our plans. * Identify customer needs and propose solutions best suited to those requirements. * Participate in promotional events and activities to promote Plano Prever’s healthcare plans. * Support the entire sales process—from initial contact through closing and post-sales—ensuring customer satisfaction.
