Job Summary: The professional will assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs, handling ingredients while maintaining sector organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Support loss reduction by correctly arranging displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Assist in product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure and maintain sector, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
