The Human Resources Analyst is a professional with diverse and multifaceted responsibilities. Responsible for supporting key HR routines, ensuring a positive experience for employees, and contributing to the organization and evolution of internal processes.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **HR and Payroll Routines**
* Execute onboarding, leave, benefits, and operational offboarding processes;
* Manage and process electronic timekeeping records;
* Provide service and support to employees;
* Support third-party management and general departmental requests;
* Assist in conducting recruitment processes.
* Support the organization and control of HR administrative documents and processes.
* Consolidate absenteeism data, headcount, and operational metrics;
* Assist in preparing reports and populating HR dashboards.
* Support internal marketing initiatives, internal campaigns, organizational climate activities, and strengthening company culture.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Prior experience in generalist HR or payroll department routines;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems is desirable;

**Additional Information**
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
