We currently have an opening for a Mid-level Process Analyst to carry out activities at our Caçador unit, specifically within the MDF production process, more precisely in BP lamination. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute continuous improvement activities, ensuring implementation, sustainability, and evolution of production and supporting processes through standardization, performance analysis, waste elimination, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and support to operational and leadership teams—aiming to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Conduct and monitor tests and development of new products, raw materials, inputs, and technologies on production lines. * Analyze production process data to identify improvement opportunities, cost reductions, and prevention of losses and waste. * Support Production areas to ensure compliance with specifications and characteristics of each product. * Identify factors that may cause damage or waste and propose corrective actions to reduce manufacturing costs. * Identify needs for changes in work methods or production processes and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve higher productivity. * Optimize machine setup and adjustment times (set\-up's) to accelerate the production process and reduce equipment idle time. * Define and update product structures (bills of materials) for cost calculation. * Establish process specifications to ensure product property compliance and maintenance of production process conditions. * Conduct process parameter tests and improvements together with supervisors/operators. * Develop raw materials/inputs aiming to optimize consumption and production line productivity. * Participate in defining actions to resolve customer complaints related to product quality. * Support product certification activities with relevant regulatory bodies. * Comply with factory safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards to safeguard physical integrity and health. * Monitor operational efficiency indicators (OEE, availability, performance, quality, specific consumption, and productivity). * Map value streams (VSM) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities in processes. * Support operational areas in developing and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans. * Consolidate performance reports and propose data-driven improvements. * Conduct process audits and technical operational training for teams. * Support digitalization of indicators, dashboard creation, and automation of control routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an industrial environment, preferably in continuous processes (MDF, BP, paper and pulp, panels, furniture, or similar); * Knowledge: MDF and BP manufacturing processes, internal logistics, efficiency indicators, loss control, and productivity; * Tools: A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, and advanced Excel; * Competencies: systemic thinking, analytical reasoning, facilitation ability, organization, discipline, and clear communication. * Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments; * Analytical profile with results orientation; * Technical and didactic communication skills; * Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change; * Organization, discipline, and process orientation; * Systemic vision and structured thinking; * Integration with Production, PCP, Cost Control, Maintenance, Quality, SGI, Engineering, Lean, and R\&D. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll find:** Healthcare/pharmacy benefit card; Life insurance; Meal allowance / attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Education assistance.
