Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to work on people development projects and programs and performance management in a paper mill. Key Highlights: 1. Lead people development projects and programs 2. Manage the performance management process for monthly-paid employees 3. Actively participate in culture and volunteering committees **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Human Resources** team at the **Paper Mill** in **Três Barras/SC**, working onsite, responsible for people development projects and programs and for the performance management process of monthly-paid employees. Handle education incentive programs. Responsible for implementing corporate events according to the annual schedule. Analyze and develop training and development program metrics. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Responsible for projects and programs focused on people development; * Responsible for facilitating the performance management process for monthly-paid employees, ensuring evaluations for all involved employees; * Responsible for executing corporate events according to the annual schedule; * Actively participate in culture and volunteering committees, contributing to strengthening organizational culture and team engagement; * Analyze employee engagement survey results and prepare management reports to support the development of action plans aligned with team needs; * Support initiatives related to diversity and inclusion; * Responsible for developing and monitoring training and development program metrics; * Perform other related activities as required by the role and work process procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 59 paper mills.
