Costs/Procurement Assistant

Job Summary: Professional to support supply chain efficiency, develop and control costs, optimize processes, and ensure tax compliance, with a focus on management and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in cost management, accounting, tax, and procurement 2. Process optimization and assurance of tax compliance 3. Use of ERP systems and data analysis tools Minimum 2 years of experience in: costs, accounting, tax, procurement/logistics. Support the assurance and efficiency of the supply chain, develop and control company costs, optimize processes, and ensure tax compliance. Perform customer and supplier registrations and maintain product pricing tables in the ERP system. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to costs, procurement, and tax matters; analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for cost reduction and process optimization. Familiarity with management software (ERP), procurement management systems, and data analysis tools, including Excel. Preferred enrollment in: Accounting, Finance, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Residence in Araricá or nearby cities. Salary negotiable + attractive benefits.
