You will work for a solid company with organized processes and a focus on operational excellence, directly contributing to the execution of industrial, commercial, and residential projects. * Interpret technical drawings and metalworking schematics. * Cut, bend, drill, and assemble metal parts. * Perform welding on metal structures and components. * Carry out adjustments, alignments, and finishing of structures. * Install gates, grilles, metal structures, and metal window/door frames on-site. * Operate hand tools and cutting machines safely. * Maintain workplace organization and comply with safety regulations. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Metalworker or in a similar role. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Knowledge of welding (MIG/MAG, shielded metal arc welding, or similar). * Experience in manufacturing and assembling metal structures. * Skill in using angle grinders, drills, saws, and related tools. * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with on-site installation (construction sites, external clients). * Prior experience in metallurgical industry or medium/large-scale metalworking shops. * Knowledge of metal window/door frames and special structures. * Vocational training in metalworking, welding, or metallurgy.
