Manage OHS in school units, ensuring organization and support We are seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to promote a safe and legally compliant workplace environment. This professional will be responsible for supporting Occupational Health and Safety management under the contract, contributing to the prevention of occupational hazards, employee guidance, and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures—particularly within school units—ensuring organization, control, and support for internal demands and those of the contracting authority. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and implement Occupational Health and Safety actions under the contract; Develop, implement, and maintain an updated PGR (Risk Management Program); Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related); Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); Define, monitor, and inspect the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective measures (CPE); Distribute and manage PPE, maintaining up-to-date records; Conduct safety training, onboarding sessions for new employees, and periodic guidance sessions; Perform inspections and surveys at school units covered by the contract; Investigate work-related accidents and incidents, and issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) when required; Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and OHS documentation; Collaborate with HR and Occupational Medicine departments in implementing the PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program); Guide employees on safe practices, considering the school environment; Respond to inspections, audits, and requests from the contracting authority; Manage occupational medical examinations (ASOs), according to validity and necessity. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration as an Occupational Safety Technician (MTE) — mandatory; * Basic Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.600,82 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
