Performs measurements using instruments (calipers, micrometers), visual and physical tests, records data in reports, rejects non-conforming items, and assists in the continuous improvement of production processes. **Requirements:** ----------------- Inspect raw materials and supplies upon receipt to ensure conformity before entering production. Monitor production stages to identify defects early and prevent defective products. Conduct functional and visual tests on finished products prior to release for shipment. Use of Measuring Instruments: Operate calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other equipment to verify dimensions and characteristics. Record inspection results, issue non-conformance reports, and analyze data to identify error trends.
