Assist in safety inspections, verifying workplace environmental conditions and contributing to compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); Support risk analysis activities, classification of identified risks, and proposal of mitigation measures, as defined in the Risk Management Program (PGR); Participate in the process of recording, investigating, and analyzing accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness; Assist in managing third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with applicable legal occupational health and safety requirements for contracted activities; Collaborate in maintaining and updating procedures and work instructions aimed at accident prevention and operational safety; Organize and manage mandatory safety training, keeping records up to date; Inspect and test fire-fighting equipment such as extinguishers, hoses, and hydrants, verifying usability conditions and validity dates; Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), participating in meetings, work plans, and other activities stipulated in NR-5; Assist in organizing and training the Fire Brigade, as well as recording emergency drills and managing the annual schedule; Support implementation of the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), in accordance with established guidelines; Develop and maintain the Annual Safety Plan (PAS), including the schedule of preventive actions and safety campaigns; Inspect proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and guide employees on its correct usage; Support, when necessary, issuance and management of Work Permits for high-risk activities; Regularly verify first-aid kit conditions at operational sites and branches, in accordance with PCMSO requirements; Assist in conducting emergency drills, in line with the company’s Emergency Response Plan; Participate in lectures, courses, training sessions, and other initiatives supporting professional development; Observe, uphold, and disseminate institutional procedures, policies, norms, and regulations whenever appropriate; Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; Practical experience in the field.
