Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack Planning Specialist to strategically contribute to building BI solutions and process automation within the Software area. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and technical expertise in Business Intelligence and process automation. 2. Develop and manage data lakes, analytical visualizations, and dashboards. 3. Support decision-making with insights and strategic reports. We seek a Full\-Stack Planning Specialist to strategically and technically build Business Intelligence (BI) and process automation solutions within the Software area. The professional will be responsible for structuring and managing data lakes, developing analytical visualizations and dashboards, and implementing analysis and automation routines that support decision-making and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, structure, and maintain data lakes and data pipelines. * Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Python (Dash, Plotly, Streamlit), or other BI tools. * Conduct data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and continuous improvement. * Automate processes and routines related to Business Intelligence. * Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources (internal systems, APIs, databases, etc.). * Ensure data quality, governance, and security. * Support internal teams with insights and strategic reports for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in developing data lakes, data modeling, and data manipulation. * Proficiency in Power BI, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.), and SQL. * Knowledge of ETL/ELT, process automation, and data integration. * Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Knowledge of CI/CD and DataOps practices. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
