Join us as a **Vulnerability Management Senior Advisor** on our Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management team in Brazil to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. **What You Will Achieve** As a **Vulnerability Management Senior Advisor**, you will be responsible for leading vulnerability remediation activities across Dell's engineering environments, working closely with product, infrastructure, and DevOps teams, and collaborating with Dell's corporate Security & Resiliency, Cybersecurity Assurance and Operations, and Vulnerability Management teams. **You Will:** * Lead remediation efforts within engineering environments, actively engaging multiple internal stakeholders to holistically manage identified vulnerabilities and drive necessary actions to improve vulnerability management process efficiency. * Analyze security issues, determine root cause and impact, and identify corrective actions required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the issue. * Provide technical guidance on vulnerability remediation and mitigation options, partnering with other Security and Business teams as appropriate. * Review processes and technical implementations to identify opportunities for improvement in remediation or effectiveness as part of root cause analysis (RCA), proposing process improvements or design changes. * Support stakeholders with vulnerability scanning and reporting issues, leading troubleshooting, suggesting configuration and scanning strategy adjustments, and reporting enhancements. **Take the first step toward your dream career** Every member of the Dell Technologies team brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements** * Relevant experience in vulnerability management, Security Architecture, and/or Security Operations. * Practical experience with vulnerability scanning and management tools (e.g., Nexpose, Tenable, Qualys, Prisma Cloud, Aqua, or equivalents) and hands-on vulnerability management activities in on-premises data center and/or cloud technology environments. * Experience analyzing systems and identifying security issues, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and remediation. * Experience in business process management, program management, and/or executive communication. * Solid understanding of DevOps practices, pipelines, and use of security tools to support DevSecOps teams. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with CIS benchmark-based configuration hardening, policy scanning using vulnerability scanning tools, and conducting configuration hardening activities. * Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and custom detection logic. **This is our story.
