Promote a culture of compliance and best practices This role is dedicated to procurement governance, supporting purchasing and inventory teams with KPIs, technical analyses, potential process improvements, and internal audits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure adherence to internal procurement and contracting policies * Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements * Monitor risks related to suppliers and procurement processes * Support the implementation of corporate governance best practices * Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) * Prepare management reports and dashboards * Propose data-driven action plans * Prepare materials and evidence for internal and external audits * Conduct control testing and identify non-conformities * Track corrective action plans * Support the implementation of new tools and technological improvements * Train internal users on policies and processes * Promote a culture of compliance and best practices **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Procurement/Purchasing * Analytical thinking and critical vision * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic knowledge of compliance, auditing, and risk management * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; **Desirable:** * Experience with KPIs; * Knowledge of Protheus; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY DEDICATED TO BUILDING THE SMART CITIES OF TOMORROW?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
