As a **Configuration Assistant**, you will play an essential role in our operations, responsible for validating the technical configuration of systems and service channels. Your focus will be ensuring that customer onboarding occurs error-free and that everything functions perfectly from day one. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Technical configuration and validation of systems according to structured processes; * Auditing customer-submitted data to mitigate common errors; * Managing and activating telephone service channels; * Executing rigorous pre-launch checklists; * Conducting functional tests on forms, websites, and communication systems; * Ensuring operational integrity of the project prior to final delivery to the customer. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Technical or Bachelor’s degree; * Impeccable organization and attention to detail; * Proactive mindset and ability to follow established processes; * High level of commitment to deadlines and deliverables. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency with digital tools and systems; * Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in this role.
