Job Summary:
A Legal Professional to support medium-complexity legal matters, with focus on contracts, legal opinions, and risk analysis.

Responsible for providing legal support on medium-complexity matters through issuance of legal opinions and contract analysis.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assessing and mitigating contractual risks, proposing legally sound and business-viable alternatives;
* Negotiating with clients and suppliers;
* Supporting standardization of contractual templates, strategic clauses, and internal workflows;
* Liaising with and overseeing external law firms;
* Drafting legal opinions and supporting all Company departments;
* Contributing to continuous improvement of Legal Department processes, focusing on efficiency, organization, and contract management;
* Supporting corporate legal matters.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Law and active OAB registration;
* Experience in **contracts**;
* Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication skills;
* Business-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in corporate or multinational environments;
* Exposure to complex commercial contracts;
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
