This professional will be responsible for operational tasks related to organizing and cleaning the area, contributing to production process efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.**Schedule:** 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM \- availability to work on a 6-days-on/2-days-off rotating shift Responsibilities and Duties Perform cleaning and organization tasks in the soybean drying area Support operations in equipment monitoring and routine operational activities Follow leadership instructions and company procedures Strictly comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workplace Contribute to operational productivity and efficiency Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma completed Good physical stamina and attention to safety regulations Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions **Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6-days-on/2-days-off schedule** Desirable Requirements Desirable Requirements Previous experience in operational or industrial activities Experience in agro-industrial processes or grain drying Basic knowledge of occupational safety and use of PPEs NR 33 (Confined Spaces) or NR 35 (Work at Heights) certification Residence in Canoas or nearby areas Simplified Application Simplified Application Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits Meal allowance On-site cafeteria Transportation allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Year-end bonus About the Company **Bianchini SA** is a Rio Grande do Sul-based company with over 60 years of history, a leader in the agro-industrial sector, specializing in soybean processing for the production of soybean meal, degummed oil, and biodiesel.
