**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Serve as the corporate technical reference in ergonomics, supporting and guiding company units;
* Conduct and validate Preliminary Ergonomic Analyses (PEA) and Job Ergonomic Analyses (JEA), ensuring compliance with current regulations;
* Provide technical leadership for the implementation and enhancement of the Risk Management Program (RMP), interfacing with Health and Safety departments;
* Establish, audit, and develop Ergonomics Committees (COERGO), ensuring maturity and effectiveness of action plans;
* Define guidelines and monitor indicators related to breaks, job rotation, and ergonomic risks, proposing continuous improvements;
* Provide consultative support to industrial areas on topics such as time-and-motion studies, anthropometry, and biomechanics;
* Standardize and disseminate ergonomic practices, policies, and procedures across all units;
* Develop and train local teams, fostering technical autonomy within units;
* Critically review processes and propose innovative solutions for mitigating ergonomic risks;
* Collaborate integrally with the company’s strategy, contributing to safety, food quality, and sustainability culture.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Education, Occupational Therapy, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Job Ergonomic Analysis (JEA) and applicable legislation (NR-17);
* Experience managing indicators, audits, and health and safety programs;
* Consultative profile with influence capacity and strategic execution ability;
* Willingness to travel;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
**Desirable:**
* Specialization in Ergonomics;
* Proven experience in ergonomics applied to industrial environments;
* Experience working corporately across multiple units.
