If you are interested in joining this opportunity, apply for this position and we will contact you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitoring construction execution from the office, ensuring compliance with design specifications and deadlines; * Participating in meetings with suppliers and other stakeholders; * Liaising with regulatory bodies and suppliers to align deliveries and services; * Supporting contract coordination in risk assessment and overall construction execution monitoring. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Experience in large-scale construction project management; * Advanced proficiency in the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel; * Experience in planning routines, scheduling, and reviewing technical reports.
