Ciclo emerged from this process: a startup we created to manage post-consumer product recycling and reverse logistics, establishing a direct connection with end consumers. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service for internal and external clients * Order, delivery, and deadline tracking * Incident handling (delays, damages, returns) * Interface among client, transportation, and operations * System and KPI updates * Proactive communication with customers regarding delivery status **Requirements:** Incomplete undergraduate degree **Compensation / Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance to facilitate commuting; * Education assistance to support your professional development; * On-site cafeteria to ensure comfort during working hours; * Attendance bonus; * Health insurance plan to better support your health. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM\.
