Job Summary: As a Warehouse Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, control, and distribution of products, ensuring warehouse organization and smooth operational functionality. Address: Rua Olávo Barreto Viana, 18, Porto Alegre \- RSO **What will you be doing?** As a Warehouse Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving and controlling all deliveries arriving at the hotel, maintaining accurate inventory records, proper storage, and timely product distribution. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Rigorously receive and control all incoming products, verifying quantity and volume * Record all internal merchandise movements daily in the system * Conduct monthly inventories jointly with the **Controlling** department * Take responsibility for initial inspection of all items entering the hotel, verifying volume and quality * Immediately report any irregularities or complaints related to deliveries * Ensure all items reach their designated destinations within the hotel promptly * Maintain organization during receipt, forwarding, and return of materials used for events * Independently manage the lending and return of packaging or warehouse items * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assigned area **What are we looking for?** * Positive attitude and strong communication skills * Commitment to delivering high-level customer service * Excellent personal presentation standards * Flexibility to handle diverse work situations * Ability to work independently or as part of a team **The following qualifications will be considered advantageous:** * Prior experience in receiving and inventory control * Education or training in **Accounting or Administrative fields** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Selection Questions: * Are you available to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule? * Are you interested in developing your career in the Kitchen department? * Why do you want to work in this role, and what motivates you to contribute to kitchen organization and cleanliness in a hotel setting? * Have you previously worked in cleaning or sanitation environments such as industrial kitchens, restaurants, or hotels?
