HAZARDOUS * Education level: COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL * Participating cities/neighborhoods: CACHOEIRINHA / GRAVATAÍ / CANOAS — candidates must have easy access to the industrial district * Behavioral traits: Dynamic, persistent, active, communicative, interested, strong aptitude for mathematics Responsibilities Answer customer calls, identify needs, and advise on products and proper usage Monitor market pricing practices to support commercial policies Analyze customer feedback regarding service and products Record customer inquiries about out-of-stock items Check customer credit status in the system to authorize orders Identify product shortages in sales areas and request restocking Log customer complaints (pricing, products, service) Contract freight carriers and truckers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure on-time deliveries (CIF terms) Prepare proposals for participation in public tenders Track orders to guarantee delivery within agreed deadlines Maintain records of customer inquiries for future follow-ups and negotiations Process orders Comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements, contributing to continuous process improvement Requirements - At least 1 year of sales experience; no chemical industry experience required, but candidate must possess salesperson traits.
