Your challenge will be to structure and monitor end-to-end projects, manage risks, support decision-making with analyses and reports, and promote cross-departmental integration to ensure high-impact deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand strategic objectives, values, and culture, suggesting project execution trends aligned with the company’s context, involving internal and external stakeholders; * Conduct studies and execute projects, managing necessary resources for implementation, structuring, and execution of tools linked to the company’s Project Portfolio to drive results; * Analyze project control data (progress, scope, costs, risks, changes, etc.) and lead stakeholders in developing action plans and risk control measures; * Issue technical reports and prepare presentations to support the company’s project-related decision-making; * Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, departments, and their interconnections, guiding stakeholders in developing action plans and negotiating portfolio prioritization; * Implement actions that foster integration among processes and departments for methodology adoption, application of management tools, and project execution, promoting industry-standard frameworks such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and agile methodologies; * Propose and encourage documentation, organization, and process improvement, sharing project information and ensuring team capability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of technological trends; * Knowledge/experience with project methodologies; * Experience with PMO and agile methods. **Additional Information** At Saque, you are free to be yourself!
