Courses available for faculty selection: LAW **Selection Process:** Evaluation of the Curriculum Lattes will be eliminatory, considering: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural output; c) Professional development; d) Teaching experience. The selection process will further consist of: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions addressing specific knowledge; II) A pedagogical teaching assessment involving a 20-minute expository lecture; candidates will be informed in advance of the specific topics related to the subject. **Requirements:** 1.1 The applicant must: * Hold a doctoral, master's, or specialist title; * Be available to teach during daytime and/or nighttime hours, as scheduled by the course coordination; * Maintain an updated and verified Curriculum Lattes, including academic qualifications, professional experience, higher education teaching activities, and scientific, technical, cultural, humanistic, or artistic achievements; * Possess postgraduate specialization specifically in the subject area;
