The Customer Services team’s purpose is to serve as our customers’ trusted post-sales partner, delivering a positive and autonomous experience throughout the entire order lifecycle. We operate in an integrated manner across areas such as Credit, Accounts Receivable, Support and Customer Service, Governance and Performance, and Regional Service Centers — ensuring operational fluidity, on-time delivery, and excellence in the end-customer experience. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Ensure timely handling of service requests (SLA), aligned with current targets, while maintaining visibility into operational risks and bottlenecks; * Execute changes to sales orders in accordance with internal policies and procedures, covering Direct Sales, Anticipated Billing, and Account & Order Sales; * Provide efficient support to Commercial, Operations, and customers — clarifying doubts, guiding workflows, and ensuring smooth process execution; * Strictly comply with established policies and procedures, critically identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting revisions when necessary; * Operationalize processes related to Distributors and Consignment operations, ensuring compliance and traceability; * Perform adjustments and corrections to orders involving fiscal inconsistencies or issues related to Invoice issuance, including handling and follow-up of SAQs (Service Action Requests); * Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems, ensuring data quality. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of administrative and operational post-sales routines; * Experience in customer service and interfacing with internal departments; * Familiarity with sales order processes (modifications, tracking, and organization); * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic PivotTables); * Familiarity with operational KPIs and service request management (SLA, backlog); * Experience with SAP ERP systems; **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Experience creating Macros and/or automations will be considered a plus; * Intermediate English language proficiency will be considered a plus. **Contact Information** -------------------------- Talent Acquisition. **Diversity-Cultivated Knowledge** Yara is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being an equal-opportunity employer.
