




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced commercial professional for negotiations, prospecting, and sales follow-up, with a strong focus on results and portfolio expansion. Key Highlights: 1. Reactivation and expansion of the customer portfolio (upsell and repurchase) This position is open to commercial professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Commercial negotiations focused on closing, margin, and volume; * Active prospecting of customers, strategic partnerships, and opportunities generating recurring revenue; * Monitoring of the sales funnel, targets, and daily conversion rates; * Immediate action when performance falls short; * Reactivation of customers and expansion of the portfolio (upsell and repurchase). **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * * Persuasive and negotiation-oriented profile; * * Ambitious and proactive; * * Results-driven; * * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM. Availability to arrive earlier or stay until 8:00 PM, as required by the evaluation schedule.
