Prepares meats according to requirements and menu A supermarket in Porto Alegre is seeking an Operations Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Store various types of meat in appropriate locations to prevent spoilage. Cut meat pieces as needed and perform daily menu-based pre-preparation using proper equipment and techniques. Carry out established workplace controls. Maintain workplace organization and hygiene to prevent accidents and insect proliferation, thereby preserving product quality. Safeguard, preserve, clean, and ensure the safety of function-specific equipment, tools, and utensils, as well as related workspaces, promptly reporting any irregularities. Perform other related and relevant tasks. Previous experience as an Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma completed.
