We are seeking a Media and Performance Analyst with strategic vision, capable of translating complex data into valuable insights for institutional marketing.

We are looking for a Media and Performance Analyst for the Institutional Marketing department. In this role, you will not merely monitor metrics or fill out spreadsheets. We seek a professional with strategic vision who can translate complex data into valuable insights.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Translate complex data into reports and deliver presentations.
* Measure campaign and channel performance, identifying strategic next steps.
* Mobilize and support the creative team with data that guides content improvement.
* Create, optimize, and monitor ads on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
* Propose continuous improvements through A/B testing and new ad formats.
* Monitor trends in the food and retail sectors, consolidating learnings for the team.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience with ad management platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
* Practical experience with monitoring tools (Buzzmonitor or similar).
* Experience with data dashboards (Google Looker Studio / Data Studio).
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Familiarity with social media publishing and WordPress.
